This oversized heavy punching bag is fiber-filled to cushion the impact  of each punch and kick. The bag is 30% larger than a standard 45Kg  heavy bag.  It also includes handles at the top of the bag to practice  knees, and elbows from a clinch  position. Durable vinyl outer material can stand up to every-day use.  Don't for get your Century Heavy Bag Stand for mounting.
