Terms and Conditions for the €1000 Challenge

2. Eligibility
2.1 You are eligible to participate if you are at least 18 years old and reside in the European Union.
2.2 Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation in the Challenge
3.1 Participation in the challenge is free of charge and requires the completion of the following steps:

• Like the video on our Instagram account [click here].
• Comment on the video and tag two friends.
• Follow our account and turn on notifications.
• Sign up for our Insider program (our email newsletter) to receive exclusive benefits and updates.
• ON TOP: Follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn, and X to increase your chances of winning.

3.2 You can participate in the challenge only once and therefore win only once. If you did not win, your entry remains in the draw, and you have another chance to try your luck the following month, as long as the promotion is ongoing. Multiple entries will not be considered.

4. Promotion Period
We are running the €1000 Challenge in September, October, November, and December 2024. Each month, one winner will be selected, resulting in a total of four winners – one per month.

5. Prize and Winner Notification
5.1 The prize is €1000 in credit for shopping in our webshop. There is only one winner each month.
5.2 The winner will be determined by a draw from among the participants. The more tasks you complete, the higher your chances of winning. Participants who also follow our Facebook, LinkedIn, and X accounts increase their chances, as the draw will be made among those who have completed the most tasks. The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days after the end of the respective month.
5.3 The prize will only be credited to registered customers in the webshop. Therefore, you must either have an existing customer account or create a customer account in our webshop to use the credit.
5.4 You must claim the prize within 7 days of notification, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
5.5 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be paid out in cash.

6. Data Protection
6.1 In connection with participation in the challenge, the data protection policies of the respective social media providers (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X) apply. The organizer has no influence on the data collection and processing by these platforms. For more information on the data protection policies of the social media providers, please visit their respective websites.
6.2 The personal data collected as part of the Insider subscription (our email newsletter) will be stored until you unsubscribe from the Insider. You can unsubscribe from the Insider newsletter at any time.
6.3 The personal data collected in connection with the challenge will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the challenge and will be deleted after its completion, unless there are legal retention obligations.

7. Liability
7.1 The organizer is not liable for the availability of the challenge page or the social media platforms.
7.2 The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or to cancel the challenge.

9. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
