For various sports such as karate, kickboxing, and rugby, it is advisable and mandatory to wear a mouthguard, and with the dangerous appearance, your surroundings will immediately see your resolve!

To mould the mouthguard, immerse it in hot water at a temperature of about 65 degrees Celsius until it becomes pliable. Then bite it into shape with your teeth for about 35 seconds. Finally, place in cold water to fix the shape. If the mouthguard does not fit perfectly to the shape of the mouth, repeat the steps described above.
