The robust vinyl outer material makes the punching bag water-resistant and durable, making it the perfect training partner for your exercises.

The Versys VS. BOB is delivered unfilled and can be filled with approximately 27 to 33 kg of sand (depending on granularity) as needed. Great training tool
Have trained with the Versys now for about two months. Its a fantastic training aid, well designed and sturdy. With the sandbags in its pretty heavy and although moves slightly it can take powerful kicks no problem. No wear and tear noted. With the sandbags removed (1,2,3 depending how much you want to lighten it) it becomes a great grappling / throwing dummy. Excellent all round.

Great training tool
I find vs. Bob a great training tool.
My training is much more cognitive when I train with Bob.
I find openings and pick targets and use my tools (all the parts of my body)
to attack the target much more, than if i used a punching bag.

When the sandbags are removed, Bob is easy to move around.

the delivery was only 4-5 days.

Der Century Versys Bob ist meiner Meinung nach der beste Dummy für Home- oder Studiotraining, da er durch seine einzigartige Anatomie mit Armen und Beinen die meisten Techniken zulässt, die sich ansonsten nur schwer oder mit viel Fantasie an einem normalen Dummy mit durchgehendem Standfuß üben lassen. Besonders für Seldefense-Techniken mit vielen Angriffen ins Gesicht und tiefen Tritten, kommt man für ein realistisches Training um den VersysBOB fast nicht mehr herum.

Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, die Haptik der BOB Elemente einzigartig und naturnah. Der Aufbau geht mit 2 Personen zügig und nicht allzu schwer vonstatten.
